Last updated: 28 August 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the Daanos Social Media Poster (the “Service”), operated by Daanos (daanos.com). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service lets you connect your own social media accounts and publish or schedule your own videos to platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube through their official APIs. The Service is a tool only; we do not host a public video platform and we do not distribute your content ourselves.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if required by the connected platform, and you must be authorized to post to the accounts you connect. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights, licences and permissions for every video, image, sound, caption and piece of music you publish through the Service, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to the platform you selected.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit or misleading content.
• No spam, bulk automated posting, engagement manipulation or bot behaviour.
• No infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or personality rights.
• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, scan or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• No use of the Service to post to accounts you do not control.

Platform rules

When you publish through the Service you must also comply with the terms, community guidelines and developer policies of the relevant platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the Instagram Terms of Use and the YouTube Terms of Service. Platforms may reject, remove or restrict content independently of us.

Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features may change and access may be limited by platform API quotas, downtime, rate limits or maintenance. We do not guarantee that a post will be published successfully or at a specific time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daanos is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost reach, lost revenue, removed posts, account suspensions or data loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
